Mentor Project Management Certification Programs
The Program: This is an project management certificate program that uses the one and only ANSI-accepted project management methodology from PMI® (Project Management Institute), the PMBOK® (Project Management Body of Knowledge) reference guide and the facts of the PMP® (Project Management Professional) and the CAPM® (Certified Associate in Project Management).
The Scope of the Program: The scope of the program includes the discussion of the 9 project management knowledge areas and 5 project management process groups that make up the PMI® methodology, as well as concepts, terms, tools and techniques of project management and case studies.
The Goal of the Program: The goal of this program is to introduce the international standards, terminology, and methods used in project management, and to increase the productivity and profitability for individuals and companies through the application of project management. This program aims to identify the key points of projects and project management by sector, and to show the benefits of completing projects successfully to companies.
