Mr. Karagüler has graduated from İstanbul Technical University and then has completed his master’s and post graduated degree in Materials Science in 1988. He has been working for İstanbul Technical University in Faculty of Architecture as an academician after obtaining his master’s degree.
From 1979 to nowadays, he has written some publications such as international newspapers and conference assertions, national announcement and essays, seminars and reports, master’s and PhD’s thesis on concrete, repairing grouts, additive agents, plasticizers and actually he has been working as a consultant for Mentor Project Management.
