Tan ERGEN, BSc., BA.
Tan Ergen started his career as a Marketing Specialist in Intersun Group of Companies (Azerbaijan) after taking his BS degree in Manamgent from Bilkent University. During this period, Ergen took active responsibility in establishment of the marketing divison of the group, which is operative in the whole Central Asia region, analysing of the markets, creation and implementation of marketing plans.
After his return to Turkey in 1998, Tan Ergen worked as a Purchasing and Logistics Executive in İdeal Dış Ticaret A.Ş. During this period, he established the logistics structure of the company and was responsible for managing the operations.
He started his active consulting career in PwC, Istanbul Office in 2001. He led, managed and participated in several projects concerning Strategic Planning, Re-engineering, ERP Design & Implementation, Design & Implementation of Budgeting Systems, Constitutionalization in Family Businesses and Organizational Structuring.
