Ms. Fidan graduated from Environmental Engineering Department of Yıldız Technical University. After her graduation she was assigned by IRC Certification Services as a lead auditor.

Since 2006, she has been working for Mentor Project Management and Consultancy as a Project Consultant in related fields ISO 9001:2000, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.

She is accredited by IRCA as a lead auditor in terms of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
