Graduated from Management Faculty in University of Gazi.He has taken intensive practices educations on banking and network, different programme languages and portfolio management.

Between 1991 and 1997 he was in charge of Project Manager and Micro Systems Group  in Esbank and Pamukbank. From 2004 to 2006 he took a manager role  in hardware of Internet Banking Implementation and Business Architecture Consolidation  and its products upgrade projects in Yapı Kredi Bank.

He was a portfoy management consultant in Icinnova Technology and also a project manager in Project Management Office of Yapı Kredi Bank, implementing  SIGLO, LAND(banking) to 430 Departments of Yapı Kredi Bank by establishing its  hardware and fonction systems.

He has been consultant in Mentor Project Management focusing on IT Project Management, ITIL®&CobIT®, CMMI® professional areas.
