Naci Gedik was born in Istanbul, in 1954 and graduated from Lycee de Galatasaray of Istanbul (where the tuition was completely in French Language), in 1974.

Naci Gedik, later on had his Bachelor’s Degree in Management from University of Paris, France, in 1980.

His early professional experience had started in 1970, during his Lycee years and Naci Gedik worked in managerial positions in the hotels of Pulman Etap Chains, both in Turkey and France, between the years of 1978 and 1988.

Naci Gedik mastered his Hotel Management career by executing the General Management positions in Club Salima Kemer, and Club Salima Beldibi, in Antalya (First Class Holiday Villages owned and operated by Supreme Hotel Management Group of Camel Holding) between 1988 – 1991 and Talya Hotel Antalya (A Five Star City Hotel owned and operated by Tutas – Turk Tourism A.S., a group company of KOC Holding), between the years of 1991 and 1997, consecutively.

Between the years of 1997 and 2000, Naci Gedik was appointed to be the General Manager and the Vice Chairman of Divan Hotels, Tourism, Food and Beverage A.S. (Frontier Group Company of KOC Holding that operates in Hotel, Food and Beverage Industry)

Later on, Naci Gedik acted as Corporate Management and Strategic Planning Consultant for four different corporations between the years of 2000 – 2001.

In August 2001, Naci Gedik had been appointed to be the General Manager of Oyak Tourism and Trade A.S., Member Company of OYAK Holding and continued his duty until the end of January 2005.

Naci Gedik currently executes his professional consulting services in the areas of Investment Planning, Corporate Management, Systems set up, Business Development, Organization and Planning, Budget Control, Project Management and Hotel Management for The Services and Tourism Industry in particular.
