The Program : Our Certification Program is provided by Mentor Project Management founded in parallel with Project Management Methodology which are being developed by PMI( Project Management Institute) for ages and also been accepted as an American National Standards by ANSI (American National Standards Institute). Moreover, we have provided Project Management Trainings with 23.000 man*day for 2003
The Scope of the Program: The scope of the program includes the discussion of the 9 project management knowledge areas and 5 project management process groups that make up the PMI methodology, as well as concepts, terms, tools and techniques of project management and case studies.
The Goal of the Program: The goal of this program is to introduce the international standards, terminology, and methods used in project management, and to increase the productivity and profitability for individuals and companies through the application of project management. This program aims to identify the key points of projects and project management by sector, and to show the benefits of completing projects successfully to companies.
Who Should Attend: Project stakeholders (project sponsors, project owners and users, project team members, project managers, and project leaders) from every sector. Those who want to have a deeper understanding of project management. Those who want to pursue project management as a professional career. Once participants complete the program, they will take a final exam. Upon passing the exam, they will obtain a “Project Manager” certificate that is accepted in World & Turkey and approved by Mentor and the Istanbul Project Management Association. In addition, the program prepares participants for the one and only ISO-certified PMP® (Professional Project Manager) and CAPM® (Certified Associate in Project Management) exams.

The First four weeks, which are provided preliminary Project Management abilities and knowledge, are in Turkish. However, as for PMP Exam Preparation’s documents, questions, expressions, slides are in English.
